Nikia Pounds is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, specializing in building HR infrastructures and implementing policies and procedures. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, executive leadership development, change management, wellness program implementation, classification and compensation, professional development, and employee relations. She collaborates closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to create a forward-thinking and dynamic workplace. A proud alumna of Hampton University, she holds two HR certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
